SALES & MARKETING ASSOCIATE - INTERNSHIP

ABOUT HEMP FABRIC LAB
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Assist in the planning and execution of HFL’s sales plan
- Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
- Help to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
- Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
- Answer questions from clients about product and service benefits and revert to client inquiries
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
- Track sales data and work to meet quotas or sales team goals
- Analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
- Create and present regular performance reports for managers
- Help in handling & managing HFL's digital marketing
- Lead sales generation online and offline
- Conduct detailed industry and competition research to identify ways in which we could improve our product offering
- Understand consumer wants and provide feedback to the fabric development team
- Keep an eye out for events and PR opportunities that would fit in with HFL’s brand value – this includes sustainable events, media publications, designers, and people to associate with
- Keep contact with web developers to maintain HFL’s website and update new features or products
- Ensure seamless communication between all online portals
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or a related field
- Experience in handling customer services and client relationships
- At least 1 year experience of doing sales, marketing, and a healthy record of generating sales leads
- Adept at Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to set targets and achieve them
- Likes, and is good at, networking & ecosystem development
- Should be willing to learn technical details about fabrics
- Good oratory & work delegation skills
- Willing to travel & work on weekends when needed
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
